Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while protecting the studio schedule. Cancellations • 48 hours or more before your booking: Full refund • Less than 48 hours before your booking: 50% refund • 24 hours or less before your booking: No refund Rescheduling • You may reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your session • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking will incur a £10 rescheduling fee We encourage all clients to notify us as early as possible to avoid any charges and to allow us to accommodate other bookings.
